The actress answered honestly when asked whether she would be open to playing a romance part in Bollywood: “I don’t know, I am not popular enough to get a love story yet.” She clarified her position by asking, “Am I wrong? I can’t obtain a love story until I’m popular, right? Many movies are available, but they are certainly not romantic ones. To accomplish that would be wonderful.

Thakur continued by saying that she was tired of having to prove herself to directors all the time. “I’m just tired of proving to filmmakers now,” the woman said. I want things to come naturally; I’m done requesting it from them. She acknowledged the difficulties and said that she really wanted to play love parts in motion pictures.

When thinking back on her previous endeavors, Thakur emphasized the encouraging comments she got from supporters. She was commended for “bringing romance back” to the movies. Saying, “We all grew up watching romantic movies, and suddenly there were no films in the genre,” she recognized the attractiveness of love movies to all audiences. While everyone says they dislike romance, everyone is secretly watching it.

The actress said she was happy with how her most recent movies, “Hi Nanna” and “Sita Ramam,” turned out, and she emphasized that she want to keep working in the romantic genre, maybe in a different language. Enormous numbers of people referred to Thakur as the “queen of romance,” equating her with the renowned Shah Rukh Khan, who is often referred to as the “king of romance.”

Given her sincere enthusiasm for love films, Mrunal Thakur is hopeful about the future. She wishes for possibilities to present themselves naturally, free from the need for continual approval.
