At the core of Cruise’s execution layer are two AI agents — Vedika and Ved. Vedika manages outbound driver communication in regional Indian languages, calling within 5 minutes of exception detection. She handles halt verification, ETA confirmation, back-unloading detection, tracking gap follow-up, and dozens of additional exception types — capturing structured responses and cross-verifying driver statements against activity sensing data in real time. Ved manages client and transporter escalations — notifying the right stakeholders with full context, confirmed ETAs, and recommended actions when exceptions require commercial intervention.

Cruise also predicts SLA breaches 3–4 hours in advance, giving operations teams lead time to intervene before a delay becomes a delivery failure.
